R. Carlos Nakai, William Eaton & Will Clipman - Desert Botanical Garden
There was a knock at the door and then my Mom came into my room. I was a ninth grade metal head strumming away methodically to some old Metallica riff.
I had a black Ibanez, a mini Peavey and an attitude towards everything.
Mom comes in and says:
"I found this at NRM. I thought you'd like it."
She sets a CD on my bed and closes the door.
I picked up the disc and read: Feather, Stone & Light. R. Carlos Nakai, William Eaton & Will Clipman
I remember thinking... What in the hell is this?
Part cringing, part curiosity I set down my guitar and popped this disc in.
It speaks for itself.
